Are you getting itchy thumbs now that the season is over?
Suffolk FPV Racers invite you to the first of our hopefully regular “Winter indoor race series”.
We have secured a location at Trinity park in Ipswich (Trinity Park, Felixstowe Road, Ipswich, IP3 8UH) which is completely enclosed, has light, power, plenty of parking and an adjacent toilet block to use.

On the 1st of December access to the site will be from 9:00AM with the first race looking to start at around 10AM and wrapping the day up at around 4PM.
With all the posts it will likely be a tight and twisty course, 5” quads will be allowed if you feel you have the skills and don’t mind the repairs if it all goes pear shaped, but you might be better with a 4”, 3” or even 2” quad for the event. No di-pole antennas please.
We are looking to have heats of 4 pilots, depending on the numbers of different sized quads we may run classes, or at least try and keep a similar size together for the qualifying, but you are free to race with anything up to 5” and we possibly will have a smaller quads in the same heat as bigger ones if the numbers dictate that.
All FPV pilots welcome, Valid BMFA or FPVUK insurance required, VTX timing will be used. You need to be a member of BDRA to receive the discount and SFPV members will receive a further discount.
